The site does not operate membership intake, mailing list registration, payment collection or message delivery. Enquiry tools create downloadable drafts in your browser. GrandAUS does not receive the details entered into those tools.
There are no advertising pixels, third party analytics, embedded social feeds or marketing cookies in this website’s code. Fonts and assets are served with the site. Hosting, security and access providers may process connection information and logs under their own arrangements.
Form values are not saved by the site to local storage or cookies. Browser autofill and downloaded files remain under your device’s control.
Membership records
The secretary will maintain the actual member register under the selected model rules. Those rules and applicable law provide inspection rights; a register cannot be described as absolutely confidential. Completed applications, contact details and signatures are kept out of the public website library.
Before real intake, the association must identify its working privacy contact, the actual systems and providers used, access arrangements and retention practices. No Australian-only storage claim is made. The earlier v2 privacy schedule remains development material, not an adopted rule.
